All windows shortcuts need a hazard warning when mapping
User accidentally mapped CTRL+C as a hotkey for an actions this then blocked the windows copy function from firing. We either block out these keys completely for any knowledge windows shortcuts, or major Hazard modal needed

Reserved Windows shortcut hazard modal warns you before mapping Ctrl+C, Win+L, and 25 other system shortcuts that would otherwise be shadowed by your remap. Fires when you pick the key, not when you save, so no wasted action setup. Double-tap variants stay safe and skip the warning.
